Tenants: Your Obligations

We need to satisfy the landlord that you are able to pay your rent and are of good character. We will therefore require your personal details which will include full employment details,full landlord's details and the contact details of someone who will be able to supply us with a character reference. In addition a comprehensive credit check will be carried out and you will be required to place a six week deposit within the deposit protection scheme and pay your rent in advance every month should you be successful in your application.
